Moratorium Update
We began releasing 5 new meters each month starting in September 2023 and have been monitoring the demand caused by the increase. There is no significant increase in demand since the release began.
Actual Well Output vs Actual Demand
Current actions:
- Monitor the demand from water meter release
- Continue all pipe replacement projects and well rehab
- The Board will need to consider continuing the meter release plan through 2025.
