EXECUTIVE SESSION

of the Board of Directors at the following time and place:

At 5:00 p.m.

The Board will be in executive session on the following agenda items pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3-4) for discussions related to legal advice with the District’s attorney regarding pending or contemplated litigation.
