Based upon your request, PSWID is posting the following response to your questions:

  1. Attachment B – RSOQ and Contractor’s Response. Do you guys have something specific that you are looking for here? PSWID intends to select companies that have experience with work associated with water systems and Districts like PSWID.  Or would this just be a document describing our qualifications? Providing your company qualifications and work experience will be important for PSWID to select companies that can provide services to the district. Is there an outline we should follow? PSWID does not have an outline, specific format.
  2. Attachment C – JOC Cost Proposal Forms (Pricing Matrix & Project Cost Sheet) – Do we submit something for this section? No specific information is required. Since there is no specific project, I’m not sure what to submit for a Project Cost Sheet…we can submit our T&M rate sheet? If your company wishes to submit a Rate Sheet that will be reviewed and taken into consideration by PSWID.
  3. Attachment D – Contractor’s Contacts – Is this something we submit with our SOQ or at a later time? The cover sheet from the SOQ is adequate at this time.  Once a specific JOC is determined and PSWID is ready to enter into a specific Task Order, Attachment D will be used.
