Moratorium Update
We began releasing 5 new meters each month starting in September and have been monitoring the demand caused by the increase. There is no significant increase in demand. Several wells were shut down for maintenance since their supply was not needed currently. This is what caused the increased gap between theoretical and available well output. It is a temporary condition.
Current actions:
- Monitor the demand from water meter release plan.
- Continue to push forward on the drilling of the new “deep well”.
- Continue all pipe replacement projects and well rehabs.
