- CALL TO ORDER
- Raymond Headings called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

- MOMENT OF SILENCE
- ROLL CALL OF BOARD MEMBERS
- Conducted by Raymond Headings: Board members present: Raymond Headings, George Gorkowski, Larry Bagshaw, and Sharon Hillman. Cory Ellsworth was present via Go to Meeting. A quorum was present.
- ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATION OF TOM RESKI FROM THE BOARD.
- Tom Reski turned in a resignation letter prior to the Dec. 1 meeting.
- Larry Bagshaw moved the board accept his resignation.
- Sharon Hillman seconded the motion.
- The motion carried unanimously.
- APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD MEMBER AND SWEARING IN OF BOARD MEMBERS.
- Neither of the two candidates were in attendance, so George Gorkowski moved that this be tabled until the meeting on January 26.
- Sharon Hillman seconded the motion.
- The motion carried unanimously.
- Sharon Hillman was sworn in by Morgan Motz.
- Roger Childers will be sworn in on January 26.
- ELECTION OF 2023 PSWID OFFICERS.
- Raymond Headings.
- Sharon Hillman moved that Raymond Headings be the chair, George Gorkowski be the vice chair, Larry Bagshaw the secretary, and Sharon Hillman be the treasurer.
- Cory Ellsworth seconded the motion.
- The motion carried unanimously.
- CALL TO THE PUBLIC
- None
- IDENTIFY POTENTIAL AGENDA ITEMS FOR THE NEXT SCHEDULED BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING ON JANUARY 26, 2023
- Swear in Roger Childers.
- Interview board member candidates and select one and swear them in.
- Approve minutes from 12/1 and 1/5.
- MOTION TO ADJOURN.
- Sharon Hillman moved the meeting be adjourned. George Gorkowski seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
