    • A quorum was present.,
    • David Dickinson, general manager, Kristie Allen, accountant, and Sharon Hillman, finance manager were also present.
  • CALL TO THE PUBLIC

  • DISCUSS DROUGHT STAGING AND SIGNAGE, WATER CONSERVATION.
    • The basic conservation stage document was accepted, with a few minor changes requested by various board members. These changes involving simplifications and bullet points to call attention to various portions.
  • DISCUSS FEES FOR SUSTAINABILITY FUND, FINES FOR VIOLATIONS OF WATER CONSERVATION STAGES, RAISING IMPACT FEES, ON WITHOUT NOTICE FEE, INCREASE IN LATE FEE, RAISING INSTALLATION FEES AND ESTABLISHMENT FEES, AND SURCHARGE FOR PAPER BILLING (OR DISCOUNT FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS).
    • 1)The sustainability fee was rejected at this time because it is presently unneeded and will require looking into a dedicated fund.
    • 2) The late fee will increase from the current $5+4%, to $10+4%, with each successive late fee increasing by $5 increments.
    • 3) On without notice fee is to be imposed on customers who turn on their locked off PSWID box without notifying us. This fee will be $250 plus time and materials.
    • 4) The current impact fee of $2,000 will be increased to $5,000 with attendant increases for bigger meters.
    • 5) The current establishment fee of $50 will be raised to $100.
    • 6)The installation fee of $1,200 will be increased to $5,000.
    • 7) There will be no paper billing surcharge fee.
    • 8) The valve breakage fee will be renamed the customer damage fee and will become $250 plus time and materials.
    • 9)The re-establishment fee after lien will be increased to $200.
    • 10) Fines for violations of drought staging will not be imposed at this time.
  • DISCUSS PROPOSED FY 2022/23 BUDGET.
    • The proposed budget is accepted at this time.
  • MOTION TO ADJOURN.
    • Tom Reski moved the meeting be adjourned.
    • George Gorkowski seconded the motion.
    • The motion carried unanimously.
