- Conducted by Raymond Headings: Board members present: Larry Bagshaw, Sharon Hillman, George Gorkowski, Raymond Headings, Tom Reski and Roger Childers. A quorum was present. Kristy Allen, James Baldwin, Morgan Motz, Paul Hendricks, EUSI, and Steve Wene, our attorney, were also present.

- OPEN MEETING LAW TRAINING WITH OUR DISTRICT’S ATTORNEY, STEVE WENE.
- Steve had a PowerPoint presentation on the open meeting law and discussed the law with the attendees.
