PINE-STRAWBERRY WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

Board Action Form

1.)        Corrected 14 water leaks this month, more than 80 for this calendar year.

2.)        Implemented a new vehicle policy regarding personnel and their responsibilities with our fleet trucks.

3.)        Received 100 new meters.

3.)        Set 4 of the 5 meters release this month.

4.)        Pre- bid for Portals 1 & 2

5.)        Wrapped up Cool Pines project.

6.)        Two more weeks for Whispering Pines.

7).        Started Woodland Heights project.

8).        Implemented a new field policy- 8 hours rest before returning to work- They were out until midnight on the 28^th and back to work by 7:00 AM.

9).        Implemented new Service order procedures.

10).      Exposed an illegal tap- reported to the sheriff’s office- imposed fines- class 6 felony.

11).      Changed our business hours to 7:00 am to 4pm.
